Easy lunch today! I meal plan 95% of our dinners however most workweek lunches consist of salads, sandwiches, or leftovers from the previous night.⁠

I mostly meal plan our dinners. When I have time, I throw some sandwiches into the Sunday meal prep, so we can grab them during the week to keep up with our WFH workflow. ⁠
